"BEWARE OF THEM!! I hope everyone reads this review. My kitchen sink was leaking so my building superintendent recommended their services. Day 1: Plumber came and changed all the pipes underneath the sink and changed one of the two basket strainers. They sent me an invoice of $528.55 which I paid with no issues at all. But the kitchen sink was still leaking, so I called them again regarding this issue. Day 2: Plumber came again and changed the second basket strainer as he thought that was the issue. After changing the second basket strainer, the kitchen sink was still leaking so I called them the third time. Day 3: Plumber came again and put some glue type thing in one of the pipes and finally the leaking stopped. It took them 3 visits to fix my issue when they said they have great plumbers. They sent me an invoice again of $129.89 for Day 2. I questioned this invoice as this made no sense because they charged fuel charges, labor charges everything on this invoice too. They were considering it as a new call request. I never called them to change the basket strainer, I called them to fix the leaking. Then Joanne (company owner) was threatening me that invoice will go to collections if I don't pay it in timely manner. I tried to explain her and requested her to come on call for better communication, but she never came on call and was so rude in her email replies. I paid the amount only because my husband asked me to just pay it off and let it go and will never call them again for their services. I almost sued them for charging falsely, threatening and mental harassment, but my husband didn't want me to go through the whole process. When I can pay more than $500, I can pay $129 as well but only if it’s worth it. I wish I had read the reviews first before calling them. All the people who have said negative reviews got a reply in such a rude manner. If I can save even one person from this review, it will give me peace. They can do any services and charge you for them even though you didn’t ask for it. I will not recommend their services at all as it’s not only about the plumbing services but also about customer services."
